26 Months Old

26 Month Facts:
  • As so as I get you out of the trucks you say "hold hand" when we are in parking lots; i'm sure its because I used to give you the choice of me holding you or you holding my hand.
  • You tell us to "go away" while you are pooping and sometimes when you are playing and just want to do your own thing, you are getting too big!
  • You love looking at the hawks that fly above our house and have started calling all bigger birds hawks.
  • Daddy took us on a hike through our backyard and found the tree house, you love it and I bet you are going to have a blast growing up and playing in there with your buddies and hopefully siblings.
  • You love going on walks, you call them "hikes" and you could go on multiple ones a day.
  • Anytime you get hurt, even if it's just a little bump you will say "go to the doctuh (doctor)" then you will say "kiss it better" and I will and you are usually fine after a kiss or two.
  • You have become obsessed with trains, I've had to get you a few more train books and toys. Gma Gorny and Gpa Mike have a train set that you love to play with at their house and usually throw a world war three fit when we leave.
  • You have started to pretend to be different animals, your current favorites are cheetahs, lions and tigers; you'll say "run fast like uh cheetah" or "rawr, Cooper lion" and yes, you still talk in third person and its so dang cute.
  • You have started saying or should I say yelling "amen" at the end of prayers or at church when you think the speakers are speaking too long. The other day you kept saying "amen, amen, amen" and then started yelling "nursery, nursery!" you love nursery in our new ward and don't even notice when Momma and Daddy leave you there.
  • You love to watch Mickey Mouse club while I get ready, they say "super cheers" and you have changed it to your own "supah man cheers" anytime they say it.
  • You have started having interest in super heros, anytime you see them you ask "who's that, what's that?"
  • You have started to say "tickle tickle" and you tickle Momma and Daddy, or you will say "tickle Cooper" when you want to be tickled.
  • You are such a smartie pants and are learning and growing more every day, Daddy and Mommy love you more than every and are so proud to be your parents, love you Coop!
