APRIL 2008

After the crazy festivities down at the Y campus, my family and close friends went to my graduation dinner at PFChangs! We had delicious food and i got some great presents, my favorite is my diamond and sapphire necklace from my parents---it's so beautiful!!!! After our dinner my fam came back and loaded up as much of my bedroom as we could in the truck and the rest of the night Ry and I packed the rest into our cars and headed home to Pocatello!!

The speakers at graduation were SOOO boring and way too long...good thing Dr. Feland was on stage to keep us entertained with his oreos and texts:-) My family, Ry's family and Dr. Rhees were all waiting for me when i got done! We walked back to my apartment and took pictures along the way.

I did it!!!! I graduated from BYU in Exercise Science, i never thought this day would come, but now i can't believe that it has come and gone! Elder Bednar spoke at our commencement and it was really good, my favorite part of commencement was seeing all of the professor's outfits (they all looked like they were straight out of Hogwarts). My family came down for the graduation on Friday and i was sooo happy they came!

Kristen and Cam's wedding day!!!! They are made for each other...literally:-) They were so happy and i think it was the best day of both of their lives!!!

VISITING DR. RHEES AND HIS CUTE WIFE KARIN; WE VISITED, HAD A TOUR OF THEIR HOUSE, AND AT YUMMY HOMEMADE ICECREAM!!!

MY UTAH BRIDAL SHOWER AT ASHTON'S HOUSE. WE HAD SO MUCH FUN, I HAD TO ANSWER QUESTIONS THAT RY HAD ALREADY ANSWERED AND THE ONES I MISSED I HAD TO EAT TWO PIECES OF SOUR GUM, WE HAS YUMMY FOOD, OPENED PRESENTS AND I WAS SURROUNDED BY LOTS OF MY GOOD FRIENDS!!!

Kristen's bachelorette party! We met at Lindsey's apt for snackies, presents and pics and then our ride for the night picked us up. We had a blast dancing around in the limo, singing and jamming out, and then enjoying a delicious dessert at Cheesecake Factory. The adventures didn't end after we were done, when we got back to Lindsey's apartment my car got towed:-( so we went down to take care of that and then changed into sweats and Randi, Dara and I watched an amazing episode of De Grassi.

Easter 2008

Our little April fool's baby, (and favorite college teacher), Dr Rhees!!! Randi and i wrote him a birthday card explaining all the physiological things that were going on 67 or 68 years ago (i'm not sure that we ever really figured out how old he was:-) He loved it and read it to his classes, he really is an amazing teacher and he will be one that i will never forget!!!

MARCH 2008

March wasn't full of too much excitement other than Ry got a great job at Gem State Staffing. It's a temp work job, Ry interviews people, pays them, and speaks Spanish to lots of the people that get hired, and a bunch of other businessy kind of stuff that i don't really understand. He is so good at his job and we are crossing our fingers that by June he will be promoted to assistant manager! It was getting crunch time for me in school, last set of tests before finals, it definitely put a little strain on our relationship. But we found a way to help that; we got webcams, (i know it sounds sooo dorky), but we played games and we could see each other every night which made it a little easier to be apart.

FEBRUARY 2008

Our first Valentines ever!! It was such a crazy day; i drove from Utah and made it with literally five minutes to get completely ready for our date. I drove way over the speed limit and i was running around like a crazy person trying to get cute for our date. Ry picked me up and we went to a dinner show at the Mystique theatre; they did a history of love songs, it was so fantastic!! We had a romantic little evening and the best Valentines date I have ever had!

WOW was this a crazy game!! We watched the super bowl at Ash and Jade's (I think this might have been the first time i haven't been home for our annual Super Bowl Party:-( I definitely missed the fam this year but there is always next year.

JANUARY 2008

My favorite pic of the month (sorry Ry)... Ry was looking through my closet and found my footie pajamas that Randi gave me for Christmas a couple years ago; he couldn't resist. Doesn't he look good in pink???

Tucanos followed by our long awaited ice skating date! Preston and Steph were made for each other... too bad they live so far away...

The start of our renovation!! We cleaned out the little side of the duplex, painted our room and closet, and got new hardware for the drawers! It looks like a new room!

We went to the Rexburg temple open house the day after new years!! It was sooo beautiful, and that's when Ry and I decided we wanted to be married there instead of Salt Lake!! We can't wait!!!!
